One of our most rewarding projects took place in early 2025 when we worked with June, a lovely client from West Norfolk who had big dreams for her home. Inspired by our feature in KL Magazine, June contacted us in November 2024 to transform her bathroom, kitchen, and utility room. Like many homeowners looking to invest wisely, June believed in taking the time to get it right—and that’s exactly what we set out to deliver.

The project began with an in-depth consultation to understand what wasn’t working in June’s existing setup. With input from Adrian—our experienced plumber and designer—and Alex—our expert kitchen and bathroom fitter—we offered practical advice tailored to her lifestyle and preferences.

To help June visualise the possibilities, we recommended visiting reputable Norfolk kitchen suppliers like Wren. This hands-on, collaborative approach ensured June felt confident in her choices from day one.

Because June would remain in her home during the renovation, we made sure the transition was as smooth as possible. We started by converting her utility room into a temporary kitchen—complete with new units, a sink, and worktops—so she could continue day-to-day life with just a microwave and kettle.

Once the utility was functional, we moved on to the main kitchen. We stripped out the old appliances and units, then updated plumbing to support a new bathroom installation above the kitchen. The new kitchen included high-quality fittings: hob, oven, dishwasher, fridge, freezer, and stylish worktops with tiled finishes. We coordinated flooring installation using a trusted local Norfolk flooring contractor, ensuring it aligned perfectly with the rest of the project.

Upstairs, we completely renovated the family bathroom. We reconfigured the layout to accommodate a repositioned bath, updated pipework, and installed new shower and vanity furniture, along with modern lighting and mirrors. The result? A sleek, functional, and stylish bathroom tailored to June’s taste.

Once the fittings were complete, our skilled decorators refreshed all walls and ceilings in the bathroom, kitchen, and utility room, giving everything a polished, cohesive look.

As with any large project, there were a few bumps along the way—delays with worktops and challenges with supplier service—but we were there to support June at every turn. Our hands-on project management, clear communication, and commitment to quality ensured the renovation was completed on time and within budget.
